1. Informational technology product

Kinaray organizes and explains publicly available immigration information. It is an independent technology product and is not affiliated with any government, border agency or immigration authority. Current editorial coverage includes Canadian immigration information.

2. No legal or immigration advice

Kinaray is not a law firm, immigration consultancy or authorized immigration representative. It does not provide legal or immigration advice, determine eligibility, recommend which application a person should submit, predict an outcome, complete or submit applications, communicate with government on a user's behalf or represent users in any proceeding.

3. Verify official information

Immigration rules, instructions, forms and processing practices can change. Article pages link to their official sources and show when the explanation was published. Users remain responsible for checking current government instructions and obtaining advice from an authorized professional when needed.

4. Early access

When you join the early-access list, Kinaray may use your email address to contact you about access and essential service updates. Newsletter messages require the separate optional subscription shown on the form.

5. Newsletter

The Kinaray newsletter is optional. Subscribers can unsubscribe from future newsletter messages. Joining the early-access list does not automatically subscribe someone to the newsletter.

6. WhatsApp

The Kinaray WhatsApp Channel is an optional third-party distribution channel. Following it is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

7. Abuse prevention

Kinaray uses automated safeguards to protect forms and service infrastructure from spam, bots and abuse. These safeguards may process limited technical information about a visitor's browser, device, network and interaction with the service for security purposes.

8. Analytics and signup attribution

Kinaray uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand site use and the signup journey. When someone joins the waitlist, Kinaray may record the page and referring site they arrived from, campaign parameters in the link, an anonymous analytics identifier and an approximate country code. The signup email address is not included in analytics events, and Kinaray does not store the visitor's raw IP address in the waitlist database.

9. No warranties

The service is provided as-is. Kinaray does not guarantee that information is complete, current or suitable for a particular person's circumstances, or that the service will remain available without interruption.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

11. Changes

These terms may change as Kinaray evolves. The effective date above identifies the terms currently displayed.
